uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Having been my first time @ this store I was greeted by Juan upon entering the establishment. I preceded to tell him the purpose of my visit and he subsequently asked me for the documentation I needed to get my phone fixed. He explained throughly the process of how long it would take and the steps I needed to take so they could gain access to it in order to replace the battery. I was told it would be ready in 2 hours and even though I went back a little after 2 hours my phone was ready to go and in pristine condition. I will definitely be visiting again for any future fixtures on my electronic devices.

Juan was so helpful and knowledgeable. He directly explained the process and what was wrong with my phone. The turnaround time in which it was ready for pickup from when I dropped it off was exceptional. I will definitely be coming back. Should I have any new issues with my phone.

The quality of the service exceeded my expectations. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the repair process and answer all of my questions. A special thank you to Juan, who went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. His professionalism, attention to detail, and welcoming attitude made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of reliable phone repairs.

I had both of my laptops serviced at uBreakiFix, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They completed tune-ups on both devices with a very fast turnaround time, and everything is running much smoother now. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. It’s hard to find a repair shop that’s both efficient and trustworthy, but this team definitely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone needing computer repairs or maintenance!

Juan was very helpful. I went in because I thought i had cracked my camera lenses but it turns out that i had glass protectors on and didn’t realize it. Very good customer service & they are honest. They could have charged me and not told me. Highly recommend you go with them if you need any repairs!!!! 10/10
